Introduction
This report outlines how Caring Spirit Group Ltd has fulfilled its responsibilities under the organisational Duty of Candour during the financial year 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025, in accordance with the Health (Tobacco, Nicotine etc. and Care) (Scotland) Act
2016. We are committed to delivering safe, person-centred care and to promoting a culture of openness, honesty, and transparency.

Duty of Candour Incidents
During the reporting period, there were no incidents that met the criteria for organisational Duty of Candour.

Ongoing Commitment
Although no incidents met the Duty of Candour threshold, Caring Spirit Group Ltd continues to:

✅ Review all incidents, complaints, and feedback for learning opportunities
✅ Provide regular staff training and supervision
✅ Monitor quality and safety through audits and management oversight
✅ Promote a culture where staff feel confident raising concerns
We remain fully committed to continuous improvement and ensuring the safety and
wellbeing of the people we support.

This report fulfils the organisational Duty of Candour reporting requirements for the
stated period and is available to the public and the Care Inspectorate upon request.
